About The Event
The most UNIQUE EVENT in Fresno all summer. Ever think about doing a cold plunge ? Or training for the Navy SEALs, Para Rescue, or Spartan ULTRA might feel like for an hour? This is a must-do event that's designed to help you in so many ways beyond physical.
There will be 3 different pools of different temperatures:
Mildly cool: 52-58 degrees
Definitely cold: 42-49 degrees
Extreme: 31-38 degrees
On top of that there’ll be grueling sandbag and cardio drills similar to what military special ops training like Navy SEALs and Air Force Pararescue go thru in "Log PT". And we'll be doing this at 12noon under the July Fresno HEAT. With all that being said, it's still a pretty safe bet to say this will likely be the COLDEST you've ever been lol.
